The Bullerdick House was designed by architect William Franklin, 1848-1918, and built in 1907. Fred (1863-1926), and Kathryn Bonin Bullerdick (1869-1944), owned a mattress factory on Spring Grove Avenue and raised six children here. The house contains murals by Francis Pedretti (1829-1891), and Italian muralist employed by wealthy Cincinnatians. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
